Can someone tell me something??? its about wow addon i describe u guess?

I saw an addon of World of Warcraft its for 3.3.5a its the addon that when u get proc Fingers of frost on mage u get a frozen line in front of ur character and u see what ur enemy casted and how much of ur depp frezz frost nova polimorph has left.... can u tell me pls
