Who contributes more to the welfare problem?

When you continue to take the "american" peoples money and "spend" it on "special interest"groups, unions, abortion clinics, global warming, giving "money" to the "world", raising "taxes", gas prices! And layoffs, expensive "health" insurance costs, spending "cuts" to education! This will make the welfare program a "costly" choice!
